About The Cellar's wines:

The Cellar, winner of The Wine Spectator Grand Award, was selected in 1992 as one of the top six restaurants in the world for its outstanding wine list which currently features over 1400 selections of European, Californian and other fine wines from around the world. The Cellar boasts a wine list that is a connoisseur's delight. There are wines from a collector's choice of rare French vintages, champagnes from here and abroad, wines from both heralded and little-known boutiques of California. Imported wines come from Austria, Australia, Canada, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal and Spain. A collection of fine Oportos is available for either an aperitif or after-dinner sipping. Each wine is carefully cellared and served with professional attention.
