Flora Springs is a Napa Valley based winery that consistently produces some of the most well regarded grapes and wines from California. Flora Springs has been a family orientated endeavor for over thirty years, producing premium world class wines through hard work,dedication to the craft and a natural spring that has flowed uninterrupted through the estate and Napa wine making history. Flora Springs Winery consists of 8 different sustainably-farmed vineyards totaling over 650 acres. The winery actually sells over 70% of their grapes to other top wineries, only keeping less than 30% of their hand picked grapes to specifically reflect each vineyards character perfectly, allowing Flora Springs to produce a wonderful array of wines that consistently score well through vintages.

On the evening of August 27th, The Cellar invites you to explore the fine array of wines from Flora Springs Winery. The central focal point of the evening will be exclusive multiple tastings of Flora Springs Trilogy, which has scored well into the 90's over the past vintages and is priced at well over one hundred dollars a bottle. Executive Chef David Kesler has created a most appropriate menu, beautifully pairing Flora Springs Trilogy with Colorado Rack of Lamb.
